I know he is tiny, but try cutting back on certain foods he eats a lot of and see if there is an improvement over a couple of weeks, then re-introduce it and look for a reaction.
I have been dealing with my severe eczema for 34 yrs now and my main triggers are food based.
Thanks Julie, I have noticed a change in it depending on what he eats. When I concentrate on proper meals and no processed foods it does improve, but I find it hard to keep up!! Must try harder.
So 11eleveners how are your goals for 2011 coming along? A little update on mine:
* Thus far I have not ‘accidentally’ eaten meat
* I have bought the book ‘Allotment Month by Month’ (stop laughing Jeff!) and roped my Dad into a visit on Sunday to start prepping the garden
* 10 therapists booked onto my Feb networking event, hoping for another 5 so please spread the word
* And last but by no means least romance is in the air, yippee! ~ no more comment than that though as don’t want to jinx it
Will drop in for another update soon and looking forward to seeing others peoples progress, so get posting soon. For those looking for some inspiration to define their goals take a peep at my latest blog post ‘New Year, New You?’ http://tinyurl.com/6x5rq2u

Hi Jo, I have had good results improving eczema with essential oils. A good blend for children is 5 drops of chamomile to 10ml of grapeseed oil base.
I know he is tiny, but try cutting back on certain foods he eats a lot of and see if there is an improvement over a couple of weeks, then re-introduce it and look for a reaction.
